Congratulations to Rob Jefferies, who has been named in the squad for the GB team for the 2017 ICF Wild Water Canoeing World Sprint Championships, which will be held in Pau in September. The team was announced following the selection trials at the Welsh Open at Bala last weekend, where Rob was 3rd. The winner was Jonnie Schofield, the Olympic silver and bronze 200 K2 medallist – so it must have been a fast race!
